All our products are handmade, hand-labeled & packed by us, our products are subject to availability, and we cannot make sure that items will be in stock as products are made in small batch to keep up the quality. We manage our stock levels online, Sabang reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Local Delivery Policy
- We deliver island wide.
- Local orders will be delivered via a courier service.
- Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout city based.
- Any modification made to a confirmed order remains in a pending stage until confirmed by the facility.
- The time period for Standard Delivery is 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
- Local Delivery rates are calculated as follows;

Delivery
Our courier Service will call your before they deliver your order. You can Reschedule your delivery with them if you’re not available. Your order will be returned to us if your calls weren’t answered continuously.
Refund policy
- All sales are final. We accept returns only for items that have been damaged in transit.
- If the product arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- We will either exchange them or give your money back.
- We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier, we will not be responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.
